Board of Social Examiners and Professional Counselors Complaint Information and Procedures

Health Care Licensing Bureau has developed a Compliance Unit. The purpose of the Compliance Unit is to receive and process all complaints for all Boards and Programs within the Department. A brochure describing the complaint procedure is available online at http://www.swpc.mt.gov
